Havarti Dill Crisps

Ingredients:

1 Lavosh Cracker, (15-inch)
8 oz Castello Reserve Aged Havarti
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cover the Lavosh Cracker Bread with thin slices of Castello Aged Havarti. Place in the oven and bake until the cheese melts, about 7 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with the dill.
  2. Cool for a minute or two and break the cracker into small pieces. Serve while warm!
