1 package Castello Aged Havarti+ Add to Shopping List
1 bunch arugala+ Add to Shopping List
1 bunch fresh parsley+ Add to Shopping List
Directions:
Cut the day old bread into slices and toast. Drizzle with olive oil. Cut the smoked salmon and Castello Aged Havarti and place on the toasted slices of bread. Place the arugula and grapefruit slices on top and finish with fresh parsley. Serve.
