Sausage and Sauerkraut Skillet

Serves 4


Ingredients:

2 tablespoonsw vegetable oil
1 package Simply Potatoes Diced with Onion*, (20 oz)
1 package sweet Bavarian-style sauerkraut, (16 oz)drained
1 lb smoked sausage, (any variety), sliced into 1/4 inch pieces

Directions:

  1. Preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil and diced potatoes with onion and sauté until lightly browned, about 6 minutes. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper and add sausage; cook another 4 minutes. Stir in drained sauerkraut and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
