Grilled Teriyaki Rib Eye Steak





Serves 4
Ingredients:
| 4 Rib Eye Steaks, (half-inch thick) |
| Bottled Teriyaki Marinade/Sauce |
| Butter, for topping |
| Sea salt |
| Freshly ground pepper |
Directions:
- Place steaks in large zip-top plastic bag. Pour over 1 cup of bottled teriyaki marinade/sauce; turn bag over several times to coat evenly. Marinate at least 30 minutes and up to overnight in fridge.
- Preheat Grill over medium-high heat. Remove Steaks from marinade; discard marinade in bag. Grill steaks about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare, brushing with more bottled teriyaki sauce on both sides the last couple minutes of grilling time. Steaks should be deeply caramelized and slightly charred.
- Transfer to platter and top each steak with 1 tablespoon butter and let rest 5 minutes, covered. Season, to taste, with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
