Grilled Teriyaki Rib Eye Steak

Ingredients:
4 Rib Eye Steaks, (half-inch thick)
Bottled Teriyaki Marinade/Sauce
Butter, for topping
Sea salt
Freshly ground pepper
Directions:
Place steaks in large zip-top plastic bag. Pour over 1 cup of bottled teriyaki marinade/sauce; turn bag over several times to coat evenly. Marinate at least 30 minutes and up to overnight in fridge.
Preheat Grill over medium-high heat. Remove Steaks from marinade; discard marinade in bag. Grill steaks about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare, brushing with more bottled teriyaki sauce on both sides the last couple minutes of grilling time. Steaks should be deeply caramelized and slightly charred.
Transfer to platter and top each steak with 1 tablespoon butter and let rest 5 minutes, covered. Season, to taste, with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
