Easy Breakfast Egg Bake





Serves 8
Ingredients:
| 1 lb Breakfast Sausage or Ham |
| 20 oz bag Simply Potatoes Fresh Hash Browns |
| 2 Cream of Potato Soup, (10.75 oz. each) |
| 12 Eggs |
| 1 Cup Milk |
| 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese |
| Salt and Pepper |
Directions:
- Egg bake can be prepared the night before and refrigerated, then baked when you want in the morning.
- Cook sausage fully or dice ham.
- Spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray and then cover bottom of pan with hash browns.
- Stir eggs, milk and cream of potato soup together well, Then add sausage or ham.
- Pour mixture over top of hash browns, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Either refrigerate for next morning or bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes or until baked through.
