2 cups leftover or prepared turkey or chicken gravy
1/2 cup milk
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Cranberry relish, for topping
Leftover mashed potatoes, if desired
Leftover stuffing, if desired
Seasoned salt
Freshly ground pepper
Directions:
Preheat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter and mushrooms and sauté until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper. Stir in turkey, gravy, cream soup, milk, and bacon; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Adjust seasoning, to taste.
Meanwhile, toast the bread and reheat mashed potatoes and stuffing, if using. Place two slices of toast on each plate and top one slice with a spoonful of hot mashed potatoes and the other one with a spoonful of stuffing. Top with generously with turkey gravy and serve cranberry relish on the side.
