Baby Back Ribs - Smoker Bag

Serves 8


Ingredients:

1 Rack of Baby Back Ribs
Rib Rub, McCormick's, Tom Douglas or Your Favorite Pork Rub
1 Savu Alder Smoker Bag, (For a more robust Wood Smoked Flavor choose the Hickory Smoker Bag)

Directions:

  1. Put your favorite rib rub on both sides of rack of ribs. Put seasoned rib in your choice of Smoker Bag. Seal bag.
  2. Cook on grill low temp for 1 1/2 hours.
  3. Cut top of bag down center and put on your favorite BBQ sauce. Let cook for another 20-30 minutes.
  4. Ribs are ready to serve when they have reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees F with a meat thermometer.
  5. Note: Baby Back Ribs that cook slow and long are even more tender. If you have a little more time, you can slow down the cook time as you desire.
  6. Serve with fun sides like Coleslaw, Corn Bread, Baked Beans and more!
