Baby Back Ribs - Smoker Bag





Serves 8
Ingredients:
| 1 Rack of Baby Back Ribs |
| Rib Rub, McCormick's, Tom Douglas or Your Favorite Pork Rub |
| 1 Savu Alder Smoker Bag, (For a more robust Wood Smoked Flavor choose the Hickory Smoker Bag) |
Directions:
- Put your favorite rib rub on both sides of rack of ribs. Put seasoned rib in your choice of Smoker Bag. Seal bag.
- Cook on grill low temp for 1 1/2 hours.
- Cut top of bag down center and put on your favorite BBQ sauce. Let cook for another 20-30 minutes.
- Ribs are ready to serve when they have reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees F with a meat thermometer.
- Note: Baby Back Ribs that cook slow and long are even more tender. If you have a little more time, you can slow down the cook time as you desire.
- Serve with fun sides like Coleslaw, Corn Bread, Baked Beans and more!
