Ingredients:
| Rack Baby Back Pork Ribs, cut in half |
| Olive Oil |
| Rib Rub |
| Savu Smoker Bag |
| Cooking spray |
| BBQ Sauce |
Directions:
- Pat ribs dry with paper towels. Rub each rib rack half evenly with olive oil and sprinkle rib rub evenly over ribs. Spray inside of smoker bag with cooking spray and place seasoned ribs inside; fold end over twice and then fold in corners.
- Follow cooking instructions on smoker bag for cooking on grill or in oven.
- After ribs have been cooked thoroughly in the smoker bag, set aside and let rest 30 minutes to 1 hour before opening bag. Reserve juices in bottom of smoker bag.
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Brush ribs evenly with BBQ sauce along with reserved juices. Grill ribs on both sides until heated through and slightly charred, turning occasionally and brushing with more sauce, about 10 minutes.
- Transfer ribs to platter and serve hot.
