Beef Burgers with Blue Cheese

Serves 8-10


Ingredients:

2 lb. ground beef
1 cup spicy BBQ sauce, of your choice
1 cup finely chopped red onion
1 package crumbled blue cheese

Directions:

  1. Combine first three ingredients, form into patties and grill over high heat for 5-8 minutes on each side. After flipping the first side over, and while still on grill, top with blue cheese crumbles.
  2. Serve with our bakery buns, more BBQ sauce and add some crispy bacon if you like.
