1 container Tiramisu flavored mascarpone cheese, (8 oz.)room temperature
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon instant espresso powder or instant coffee granules
Unsweetened cocoa powder, for topping
1/2 semi-sweet chocolate bar, grated into chocolate shavings, for topping
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter and flour 9 X 13-inch cake pan.
In a medium bowl, stir together the brownie mix, instant espresso powder, eggs, oil, water, and vanilla. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together the Tiramisu flavored mascarpone, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, and instant espresso powder. Spread over cooled brownies and dust top with cocoa powder and sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Refrigerate at least one hour, cut into squares, and serve. Keep refrigerated.
