Ingredients:

Brownies: |
1 package Fudge Brownie Mix, (22.5 oz.)+ Add to Shopping List |
1 teaspoon instant espresso powder+ Add to Shopping List |
2 eggs+ Add to Shopping List |
1/3 cup vegetable oil+ Add to Shopping List |
1/4 cup water+ Add to Shopping List |
1 teaspoon vanilla+ Add to Shopping List |
Topping: |
1 container Tiramisu flavored mascarpone cheese, (8 oz.)room temperature+ Add to Shopping List |
1/4 cup heavy cream+ Add to Shopping List |
2 tablespoons granulated sugar+ Add to Shopping List |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract+ Add to Shopping List |
1/2 teaspoon instant espresso powder or instant coffee granules+ Add to Shopping List |
Unsweetened cocoa powder, for topping+ Add to Shopping List |
1/2 semi-sweet chocolate bar, grated into chocolate shavings, for topping+ Add to Shopping List |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter and flour 9 X 13-inch cake pan.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the brownie mix, instant espresso powder, eggs, oil, water, and vanilla. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together the Tiramisu flavored mascarpone, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, and instant espresso powder. Spread over cooled brownies and dust top with cocoa powder and sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Refrigerate at least one hour, cut into squares, and serve. Keep refrigerated.
