Easy Italian Tiramisu





Serves 8
Ingredients:
| 1 package Ladyfingers |
| 1/2 cup hot coffee or water |
| 4 shots espresso, warm |
| 2 tablespoons sugar |
- Dissolve sugar in espresso and set aside.
- To assemble. layer the following in a tall clear bowl: Ladyfingers, soak with espresso using a pastry brush, spread on a thick layer of the mascarpone mixture, then repeat layers until you end up with the top layer of ladyfingers. Dust with cocoa powder if you like, chill and serve!
- Best if made the day before!
| 2 packages Tiramisu mascarpone, room temperature |
| 1 cup heavy cream |
| 1/2 cup sugar |
- Soft whip the cream in a mixer with the sugar, fold in the mascarpone and set aside.
