Cranberry Maple Glazed Ham





Serves 6
Ingredients:

14 oz. can whole cranberry sauce+ Add to Shopping List |
1 clove garlic, pressed or minced+ Add to Shopping List |
1/4 cup pure maple syrup+ Add to Shopping List |
1/4 cup packed brown sugar+ Add to Shopping List |
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard+ Add to Shopping List |
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard+ Add to Shopping List |
1 tablespoon yellow mustard+ Add to Shopping List |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice+ Add to Shopping List |
2 tablespoons water+ Add to Shopping List |
1 whole smoked bone-in ham, fully cooked+ Add to Shopping List |
Directions:
- Combine all ham glaze ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly, about 10 minutes. Add more water as needed to thin glaze to desired consistency. Glaze can be made up to 1 week ahead.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Place ham in lightly greased roasting pan, cover and bake for 10 to 12 minutes per pound or until nearly heated through.
- Raise oven temperature to 425 degrees F. Spoon ham glaze over ham and baste every 15 minutes for the last 30 minutes of roasting time.
