6 cups Honey Nut or Multi-Grain Toasted Oat Cereal
1 cup dried cranberries, or other dried fruit bits of your choice
1 cup dry roasted peanuts or roasted almonds

Directions:
Spray bottom and sides of 9x13 inch pan and large stock pot with Pam Cooking Spray for Baking.
Preheat large stock pot over medium heat. Add butter and marshmallows to stock pot. Spray a large spoon or spatula with cooking spray and stir marshmallow/butter mixture together as it melts. Once it has melted, stir in vanilla. Turn off heat.
Spray spatula again and add cereal, dried fruit, and peanuts or almonds to the pot and mix together with melted marshmallows and butter until well incorporated.
Pour mixture into prepared cake pan and smooth out evenly with spatula. Spray spatula again with more cooking spray if necessary to keep from sticking.
Allow to cool at least one hour before cutting into 12 squares.
