Bacon and Blue Cheese Baked Potato





Serves 4
Ingredients:
| 1 tablespoon Butter |
| 1 Yellow or Spanish Onion |
| 4 strips Bacon, cooked and diced |
| 4 oz. Salemville Blue Cheese Crumbles |
| 4 Baker Potatoes, fully cooked |
Directions:
- Heat butter in skillet. Slice onion and add to skillet; sauté over low heat until soft and caramelized, about 20 minutes. Meanwhile fry the bacon; drain on paper towels and crumble. Top each baked potato with caramelized onions, 1 oz. Salemville Blue Cheese and bacon crumbles.
