Prosciutto and Arugula Pizza

Ingredients:
1 flatbread crust
Extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup jarred or refrigerated Alfredo sauce
1 cup Italian Blend shredded cheese
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz. sliced prosciutto
2 cups fresh arugula leaves
Freshly ground black pepper
Shredded Parmesan cheese, for topping
Directions:
Preheat grill to high heat and set grill for indirect heat. Rub flatbread with extra-virgin oil. Grill oiled side-down for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from grill to pizza pan or paddle and cool slightly. Turn over and rub the other side with olive oil. Turn back over and spread browned side with Alfredo sauce. Sprinkle evenly with Italian and sharp cheddar cheeses.
