2 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely diced
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 8 oz Package cream cheese, softened
2 Boxes Townhouse Pita Crackers – Sea Salt
Directions:
Prepare all ingredients and mix the cranberries, onions, cilantro, jalapeño, sugar, lemon juice and salt in a bowl. Fold together, cover and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Spread Cream Cheese in a single layer on a serving platter with sides. Then simply spread the cranberry mixture over the top. Serve with crackers and dip spreaders.
