Ingredients:
+ Add All Ingredients to Shopping List
| 3 large avocados, pitted and scooped from skins with large spoon+ Add to Shopping List |
| 1 Tablespoon lemon juice+ Add to Shopping List |
| 1 bunch scallions, chopped, including greens+ Add to Shopping List |
| 1 bunch cilantro, chopped+ Add to Shopping List |
| 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, and minced+ Add to Shopping List |
| to taste coarse salt+ Add to Shopping List |
| Sour Cream+ Add to Shopping List |
| Black Olives, Whole (you will need to slice some, for eyes, mouth and scar)+ Add to Shopping List |
| Blue Corn Chips+ Add to Shopping List |
Directions:
- Toss Avocado, lemon juice, scallions, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Spread Guacamole on a platter in the shape of Frankenstein's monster's face. Add a dollop of sour cream and sliced olive ring for the eyes. Add sliced olives for the mouth and whole olives to the side of the face for the screws. Use sliced olives to form scar on side of face. When ready to serve, add Blue Corn Tortilla Chips for the hair.
- Serve with the rest of Blue Corn Tortilla Chips
