Ingredients:
| 1 Rotisserie Chicken, shredded or chopped |
| 2 15oz Cans Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed |
| 3 Celery Stalks, chopped |
| 2 Garlic Cloves, minced |
| 1 Bay Leaf |
| 1/2 Medium Yellow Onion, chopped |
| 1 Cup Chicken Stock |
| 1 1/2 Cups Fresh Apple CIder |
| 1 1/2 Tsp Fresh Sage, chopped |
| 1 1/2 Tsp Fresh Thyme, chopped |
| 1/2 Tsp Chili Powder |
| 1/2 Tsp Salt |
| 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper |
| 1/4 Tsp Paprika |
| 1/4 Tsp Cayenne |
| 2 Apples, chopped, for topping |
Directions:
- In the bowl of a slow cooker, add all ingredients listed about (except the chopped apples) and stir together.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Serve with chopped apples on top.
- ***You can use 2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts in place of the rotisserie chicken. If you do this, cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours to confirm the chicken is cooked through***
