Ingredients:
Stroopwafels, Wafer Crackers, or any cookie of your choosing
Marshmallows
Chocolate Caramel Squares
Directions:
Move an oven rack to the top rack and turn the oven to broil.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the cookies or wafers on the baking sheet.
Top each with a piece of chocolate.
Slice the marshmallows in half (if using large marshmallows) and place 2 on each chocolate square.
Place the baking sheet in the oven, on the top rack, for about 3-5 minutes or until the marshmallows turn golden brown and the chocolate begins to melt.
Remove from the oven and place another cookie or wafer on top. Serve immediately.
