Ingredients:
| 1 1/2 lbs Fresh Salmon, skin removed |
| 3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded |
| 1/3 Cup Butter, softened |
| 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise |
| 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice |
| 1/3 Cup Green Onion, chopped |
| 1/2 Tsp Salt |
| 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper |
| 2 Tsp Dill, chopped |
| 3 Dashes Frank's Hot Sauce |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to broil setting. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Arrange the fish in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Place on the middle oven rack and broil for 7-8 minutes or until the salmon flakes with a fork.
- Add the parmesan, butter, mayo, lemon juice, green onion, salt, pepper, dill, and hot sauce to a bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture over the top of the salmon. Return to the oven and broil for another 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and starting to brown.
- Serve immediately.
