Loaded Tater Tot Kabobs

Ingredients:
| 16 oz Frozen Tater Tots |
| Shredded Colby Jack or Cheddar Cheese |
| Bacon Crumbles |
| Sour Cream |
| Chives, chopped |
| Wooden Skewers |
Directions:
- Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and cook the tater tots according to package instructions.
- Cool slightly. You want to be able to handle the tater tots.
- Add 5 tater tots to each skewer and place back on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bacon crumbles. Place back in the oven and heat for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped chives.
- Serve warm with sour cream as dipping sauce.
