Ingredients:
| 2-3 Cups Basmati Rice, cooked |
| 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced |
| 1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced |
| 1 White Onion, sliced |
| 1 Packet Fajita Seasoning |
Directions:
- Make the rice according to package instructions. Make 2-3 cups, depending on how much rice you want.
- Chop the peppers and onion.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the peppers and onion, and sauté until tender.
- Add the packet of fajita seasoning along with 1/3 cup of water to the skillet with the veggies. Stir to combine and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Spoon the rice into bowls and top with the sautéed veggies. Serve warm.
