Chicken & Broccoli Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
16 oz Radiatore Pasta
1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cooked and cubed
1 Small Head of Broccoli, cut into florets
3/4 Cup Golden Raisins
3/4 Cup Celery, diced
3/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds
1 Bunch Green Onion, sliced
1 Cup Mayonnaise
3/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp Honey
3 Tsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper
2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water until the pasta is completely cool. Set aside.
Prepare the rest of the ingredients; cube the (pre-cooked) Chicken, chop the broccoli, celery, and green onions.
Add the pasta, chicken, broccoli, raisins, celery, sunflower seeds, and green onion to a large mixing bowl. Mix to combine.
In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until smooth; mayonnaise, yogurt, honey, mustard, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and stir to coat and combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour or until ready to serve. Enjoy!
