Ingredients:
1 Package King's Hawaiian Rolls 1-1 1/2 Cups Marinara Sauce, divided 14 oz Jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and flaked apart 1 Small Green Bell Pepper, chopped 4-6 oz Pepperoni or Turkey Pepperoni 1/3 Cup Sliced Black Olives 1 1/2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese 3 Tbsp Olive Oil 2 Tsp Balsamic Vinegar 3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted 1 Tbsp Garlic, minced 1 Tsp Dried Oregano 1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Directions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray. Use a long bread knife to slice the rolls in half. Keep the rolls attached to each other, do not separate into individual rolls. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the 9x13 baking pan. Spread the bottom half of the rolls with marinara sauce. Use as much or as little as you like. Top evenly with the artichokes, bell pepper, pepperoni, olives, and mozzarella cheese. Spread the top half of the rolls with marinara sauce. Use as much or as little as you like. Place the top half of the rolls on top. Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl. Add the parmesan, olive oil, balsamic, garlic, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes. Whisk to combine. Pour over the top of the rolls, making sure to evenly coat each roll and let some drip down the sides. Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the sliders are warmed through. Let cool for about 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
