Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwiches





Ingredients:
| 4 Cups Cooked Chicken, rotisserie chicken works well |
| 8 oz Plain Cream Cheese |
| 1 Packet Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning |
| 8-10 Slices Cheddar Cheese |
| 8-10 Slices Bacon, cooked |
| 4-5 Hamburger Buns |
| Ranch Dressing, optional, for serving |
Directions:
- Cook the bacon according to package instructions. Set aside.
- Add the cream cheese to a large saucepan or pot and heat over medium-low heat. Once the cream cheese is about ½ melted, add the entire packet of ranch seasoning. Stir to combine and continue to melt the cream cheese.
- Once melted, add the cooked chicken and stir to coat. Continue to heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is heated through.
- While the chicken is cooking, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place the buns, open-faced, on a baking sheet. Add one slice of cheddar cheese to each half of the bun. Place in the oven to melt the cheese for 4-5 minutes.
- Assemble the sandwiches. Place 2 pieces of bacon on the bottom half of the bun (break in half if needed). Top with a heaping portion of the chicken mixture. Drizzle with ranch dressing, optional. Place the other half of the bun on top. Repeat to assemble the rest of the sandwiches. Enjoy!
