Birthday Cake Ice Cream

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Cups Classic Yellow Moist Supreme Cake Mix, unprepared
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 Cups Heavy Cream
1 1/2 Cups Whole Milk
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
2.5 oz Container Rainbow Jimmies Sprinkles, not nonpareils

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl (preferably with a pour spout), whisk together the cake mix and sugar. Remove any lumps.
  2. Add the whole milk and whisk to combine.
  3. Add the heavy cream and vanilla and whisk to combine.
  4. Pour into your ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer instructions.
  5. Once ready, remove from the ice cream maker and place in a freezer safe container. Add the entire container of sprinkles and stir to combine. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until the desired consistency has been reached.
  6. Once fully chilled, scoop into bowls and enjoy!
