Ingredients:
+ Add All Ingredients to Shopping List
28 oz Can Baked Beans+ Add to Shopping List |
8 Slices Bacon, uncooked and chopped+ Add to Shopping List |
1/2 Yellow Onion, diced+ Add to Shopping List |
1/4 Cup Ketchup+ Add to Shopping List |
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar+ Add to Shopping List |
2 1/2 Tbsp Molasses+ Add to Shopping List |
2 1/2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard+ Add to Shopping List |
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard+ Add to Shopping List |
1 Bell Pepper, any color, seeded and diced+ Add to Shopping List |
1 Jalapeno, seeded and diced+ Add to Shopping List |
Directions:
- Chop the bacon and layer on the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Chop the onion and layer on top of the bacon.
- In a mixing bowl, add the baked beans (undrained), ketchup, brown sugar, molasses, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, bell pepper, and jalapeno. Mix well. Pour into the slow cooker, making sure to fully cover the bacon and onion.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours. Stir halfway through to mix the bacon and onion with the rest of the ingredients.
- Serve warm.
