Jalapeno Popper Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:
2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (cooked) or Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Black Pepper, optional
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup Chicken Stock
5-6 Jalapeno Peppers, seeded and sliced
8 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
4-5 Strips of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions:
Cook the bacon according to package instructions. If you are using rotisserie chicken, shred the chicken. If you are using boneless skinless chicken breasts, cook and shred.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Spread the chicken in a 9x13 baking dish. Season with garlic powder, paprika, and pepper (optional).
Whisk together the heavy cream, chicken stock, and cream cheese. Spread in an even layer over the chicken.
Remove the tops of the jalapenos and slice in half. Remove any seeds. Slice into strips. Lay on top of the cream cheese in an even layer.
Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top.
Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the bacon over the top. Bake for another 5 minutes.
