Preheat the broiler. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Break the graham crackers into squares and place on the baking sheet, spaced apart.
Break apart the chocolate bars and place on top of the graham cracker squares.
If using heart shaped marshmallows, place on top of the chocolate. If using square shaped marshmallows, use a sharp knife to cut the square into a heart shape.
Place the baking sheet under the broiler for 30-60 seconds. Watch while the baking sheet is in the oven so you can monitor how fast the s’mores are cooking. You don’t want the marshmallows to burn, just get a nice toasty top.
Remove from the oven and add sprinkles while the chocolate is still melted. Use a spatula to remove to a serving plate. Enjoy as is or place another graham cracker on top to make a sandwich.
