Ingredients:
| 1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts |
| 2 Tbsp Olive Oil |
| 1 Tsp Chili Powder |
| 1/2 Tsp Chipotle Chili Powder |
| 1/2 Tsp Cumin |
| 1/2 Tsp Paprika |
| 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder |
| 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder |
| 3/4 Tsp Salt |
| 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper |
| 1 1/2 Tsp Brown Sugar |
| 2 Tbsp Lime Juice |
Directions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
- Add the chicken and toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours but up to overnight.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook on both sides for 7-8 minutes, or until cooked through and an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached. Move to a cutting board to cool for about 5 minutes before slicing.
