Ingredients:
| 3 Cups Crispy Rice Cereal |
| 10 oz Bag Chocolate Chips |
| 1 Cup Peanut Butter |
| 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup |
| 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil |
Directions:
- Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Add the rice cereal to a large mixing bowl and set aside.
- Add the chocolate chips, peanut butter, syrup and coconut oil to a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Stir continuously until melted. Remove from the heat.
- Pour over the rice cereal and stir to coat. Pour into the lined baking dish and use a spatula or your hands to press down and flatten the mixture into an even layer that is spread to the sides.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour to help the chocolate set and firm up the bars.
- Lift up on the parchment paper to remove the bars from the baking dish. Slice into bars. Store into an airtight container on the counter.
