Ingredients:
| 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened |
| 1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt |
| 1/4 Tsp Ground Nutmeg |
| 1 1/2 - 2 Cups White Cheddar Cheese, shredded |
| 2 Cups Turkey, cooked and cubed |
| 2 Roma Tomatoes, seeded and diced |
| 6 Slices of Bacon, cooked and chopped |
| 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded |
| Sliced Baguette or Crackers, for serving |
Directions:
- Cook the bacon according to package instructions. Remove to a paper towel lined plate to drain the grease. Once cooled, chop and set aside.
- Cook the turkey, if not using store-bought. Cube and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Add the cream cheese, yogurt, nutmeg, 1 cup of shredded cheese, and the turkey to a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Pour into an 8x8 or 7x11 baking dish and spread into an even layer.
- Top with the chopped bacon, chopped tomato, remaining shredded cheese, and parmesan cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, for 30-35 minutes or until hot and lightly browned on top.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately with crackers or sliced baguette for dipping. Enjoy!
