Kentucky Hot Brown Dip

Ingredients:
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened 1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt 1/4 Tsp Ground Nutmeg 1 1/2 - 2 Cups White Cheddar Cheese, shredded 2 Cups Turkey, cooked and cubed 2 Roma Tomatoes, seeded and diced 6 Slices of Bacon, cooked and chopped 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded Sliced Baguette or Crackers, for serving
Directions: Cook the bacon according to package instructions. Remove to a paper towel lined plate to drain the grease. Once cooled, chop and set aside. Cook the turkey, if not using store-bought. Cube and set aside. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Add the cream cheese, yogurt, nutmeg, 1 cup of shredded cheese, and the turkey to a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined. Pour into an 8x8 or 7x11 baking dish and spread into an even layer. Top with the chopped bacon, chopped tomato, remaining shredded cheese, and parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 30-35 minutes or until hot and lightly browned on top. Remove from the oven and serve immediately with crackers or sliced baguette for dipping. Enjoy!
