Prosciutto and Arugula Naan Flatbread

|1 Package Naan Flatbread, any flavor|
|8 oz Fresh Mozzarella, sliced and quartered|
|6 oz Prosciutto, sliced|
|Red Pepper Flakes|
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place each Naan on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven. Sprinkle garlic powder and dried oregano over the Naan. Top with mozzarella and put back in the over for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven. Top with prosciutto and bake for another 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl toss the arugula with a tiny drizzle of olive oil. Place the arugula on top of the pizza. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
