Ingredients:
| 2-3 Heads of Garlic |
| Olive Oil |
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cut the ends off the garlic heads, keeping the head of garlic intact.
- Place each head of garlic on a separate piece of aluminum foil. Drizzle with olive oil. Wrap the aluminum foil to seal the garlic inside. Place in a baking dish for easy transport.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes or until the cloves are soft.
- Remove from the oven and open the aluminum foil to allow the garlic to cool for 10-15 minutes.
- Once cooled, use a fork to remove the garlic cloves. Combine with butter to make a delicious spread, add to salad dressings, or add to pasta dishes – use the garlic however you like!

| 8 Tbsp Butter, softened |
| 1 Tsp Parsley |
| 1/2 Tsp Salt |
| 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper |
| 1/4 Tsp Paprika |
| Baguette, for serving |
- Add the garlic cloves to a bowl. Use a fork to mash the garlic.
- Add the softened butter, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir to combine. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
- Serve on warm baguette and enjoy!
