Brown Sugar Bacon Wrapped Lit’l Smokies





Ingredients:
| 14 oz Package of Lit'l Smokies |
| 10-12 Slices of Bacon, cut into thirds |
| 1 Cup Brown Sugar |
| 3/4 Tsp Cumin |
| 1/2 Tsp Chili Powder |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
- Combine the brown sugar, cumin, and chili powder in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Slice the bacon in thirds.
- Wrap one piece of bacon around each smokie. Fasten with a toothpick. Place in a 9x13 baking dish and repeat until all smokies have been wrapped.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture all over the top of the smokies.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the bacon is cooked through. Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving platter. Leave the toothpicks in each smokie as they help create a finger-food style appetizer.
- Serve warm and enjoy! Store any leftovers in the fridge.
- Makes approximately 30 pieces.
