1 lb 16-20 Count Uncooked Shrimp, thawed and deveined
Old Bay Seasoning
1 Stick Unsalted Butter
1 Garlic Clove, minced
2 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary
1 Tbsp Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
Pecan or Cherry Wood Chips, for smoker
Directions:
Preheat smoker to 275 degrees F with pecan or cherry wood chips.
Rinse, devein, and deshell shrimp, as needed. Place shrimp in rows in an 8x8 foil pan. Season with Old Bay Seasoning.
Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl. Add the garlic and stir to combine. Pour over the shrimp. Place the rosemary sprigs between the rows of shrimp.
Once preheated, place the foil pan in the smoker over indirect heat and smoke for approximately 25 minutes. The shrimp will turn opaque in color with pink and red highlights when finished.
Remove from the smoker and drizzle the lemon juice over the top. Serve warm and enjoy!
