Cranberry & Jalapeno Cream Cheese Spread

Ingredients:

8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
1/2 Cup Cilantro, loosely packed
1/4 Cup Green Onion
1 Jalapeno
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
Salt & Pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Roughly chop the cranberries, cilantro, and green onion. Seed and finely dice the jalapeno.
  2. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  3. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the flavors to blend.
  4. Serve with crackers or sliced baguette. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
