Peach & Honey Slushie

Ingredients:

16 oz Bag Frozen Peaches
1/2 Cup Honey
1 Cup Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Water
2 Cups Ice
1-2 oz White Rum, Malibu Rum, or Vodka, optional

Directions:

  1. Add the peaches, honey, lemon juice, and water to a blender. Blend until just combined.
  2. Add the ice and blend until the desired consistency is reached. Mixture should be thick and like a slush. Add additional water to thin out or ice to thicken, as needed.
  3. Pour into lowball-glasses. Serve immediately and enjoy while frozen.
  4. To make an alcoholic version, simply add 1-2oz of your favorite rum, Malibu rum, or vodka, and stir to combine.
  5. Recipe makes 4-5 servings.
