Ingredients:
| 1 Cup Pecan Halves |
| 8 oz Frozen Peaches, or substitute with 2 small fresh peaches, pitted and sliced |
| 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup |
| 2 Cups Bourbon, any brand of choice |
Directions:
- Add the pecans and peaches to a large mason jar (at least 32oz in size) or airtight container with lid. Top with the maple syrup and bourbon. Secure the lid and shake to combine. Store in a cool, dark spot for at least 5 days or up to 10 days.
- After 5-10 days, strain the liquid into a container and dispose of the pecans and peaches. Serve the infused bourbon over ice. Enjoy as is or garnish with a peach slice.
