Buffalo Chicken Parmesan Sliders





Ingredients:
| 1 Package King's Hawaiian Rolls |
| 18 Chicken Nuggets |
| 2/3 Cup Buffalo Sauce, divided |
| 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese |
| 6 Thin Slices Mozzarella Cheese |
| Fresh Chopped Parsley, for garnish |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Line 18 chicken nuggets on the baking sheet and bake according to package instructions.
- Use a long bread knife to slice the rolls in half. Keep the rolls attached to each other, do not separate into individual rolls.
- Preheat a griddle or skillet. Place the rolls in the skillet, cut side down, to lightly toast. Remove and set aside.
- Once the chicken is done baking, remove from the baking sheet. Place the bottom half of the rolls on the baking sheet and spread 1/3 cup buffalo sauce over the top.
- Arrange the chicken nuggets on top of the buffalo sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan and top with sliced mozzarella. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
- Spread 1/3 cup buffalo sauce over the top half of the rolls then place on top to create sandwiches.
- Bake until the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven, slice, serve, and enjoy!
- Any leftovers should be cooled completely and stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
