Buffalo Chicken Parmesan Sliders

Ingredients:
1 Package King's Hawaiian Rolls
18 Chicken Nuggets
2/3 Cup Buffalo Sauce, divided
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
6 Thin Slices Mozzarella Cheese
Fresh Chopped Parsley, for garnish
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Line 18 chicken nuggets on the baking sheet and bake according to package instructions.
Use a long bread knife to slice the rolls in half. Keep the rolls attached to each other, do not separate into individual rolls.
Preheat a griddle or skillet. Place the rolls in the skillet, cut side down, to lightly toast. Remove and set aside.
Once the chicken is done baking, remove from the baking sheet. Place the bottom half of the rolls on the baking sheet and spread 1/3 cup buffalo sauce over the top.
Arrange the chicken nuggets on top of the buffalo sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan and top with sliced mozzarella. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
Spread 1/3 cup buffalo sauce over the top half of the rolls then place on top to create sandwiches.
Bake until the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven, slice, serve, and enjoy!
Any leftovers should be cooled completely and stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
