Chicken Bacon Ranch Gnocchi

5 Slices of Bacon, cooked and chopped
1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts or Tenders, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Packet Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning
1 lb Gnocchi
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt & Pepper


  1. Cook the bacon according to package instructions. Remove to a paper towel lined plate to drain the grease. Once cool, chop and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken until completely cooked through and an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached, about 6-7 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and stir to combine. Cook for another 30 seconds.
  4. Reduce the heat to low. Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, ranch seasoning, gnocchi, and bacon. Stir to combine. Cover and let cook for 5-6 minutes. The liquid might start to simmer – that’s OK.
  5. Uncover and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the gnocchi is soft and tender, and some of the sauce is absorbed into the gnocchi and chicken.
  6. Add the parmesan and stir to combine and melt.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
