Ingredients:

4 Large Romaine or Cabbage Leaves+ Add to Shopping List |
Salt & Pepper+ Add to Shopping List |
Garlic Powder+ Add to Shopping List |
1 lb Ground Beef, Ground Chicken, or Beyond Meat+ Add to Shopping List |
4 Slices of Cheese, any flavor+ Add to Shopping List |
Sliced Onion, for topping+ Add to Shopping List |
Sliced Tomato, for topping+ Add to Shopping List |
Pickle Chips, for topping+ Add to Shopping List |
Ketchup and Mustard, optional, for topping+ Add to Shopping List |
Directions:
- Form the ground beef, chicken or beyond meat into 4 patties and season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the patties and heat on each side for about 8 minutes or until cooked through. Add a slice of cheese to each and continue to heat until the cheese has melted.
- Place a patty on the edge of each piece of lettuce. Top with onion, tomato, and pickles. Garnish with ketchup and mustard, optional. Fold the lettuce over the patty and toppings to envelope it in the lettuce.
- Serve and enjoy!
