Grilled Peach Wedge Salad

Ingredients:

Vegetable Oil, for grilling
4 Medium Peaches, sliced and pitted
1 Head of Lettuce, cut into wedges
1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
Crumbled Feta Cheese, for topping
Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing, for topping

Directions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Lightly brush the sliced peaches with vegetable oil. Grill the peaches for 4-5 minutes per side. You want nice grill marks on each side. Transfer to a plate.
  2. Arrange the lettuce wedges on plates. Top with the grilled peaches, sliced tomatoes, and crumbled feta. Drizzle ranch or blue cheese dressing over the top. Serve and enjoy!
