Ingredients:
2 Sticks Butter
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 1/2 Stacks Saltine Crackers
1 lb White Almond Bark
1/2 Package Red Candy Melts
1/2 Package Pink Candy Melts
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil, divided
Valentine's Themed Sprinkles
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil, bringing it up and over the sides.
Place the crackers in an even layer on the bottom of the pan. Fit as many as you can in a single layer.
Add the butter and brown sugar to a saucepan and melt over medium heat. Bring to a slow boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour the mixture over the crackers and use an offset spatula to spread in an even layer, all the way to the edges.
Bake for 8 minutes.
While the crackers bake, add the almond bark to one bowl, the red candy melts to a second bowl, and the pink candy melts to a third bowl. Add 1 Tbsp coconut oil to the red and pink candy melts. Melt in the microwave, according to package instructions, until completely smooth.
Pour the almond bark over the crackers/caramel and use an offset spatula to spread in an even layer, all the way to the edges.
Drizzle the red candy melts over the almond bark and use a toothpick or fork to swirl it into the white chocolate.
Drizzle the pink candy melts over the almond bark and use a toothpick or fork to swirl it into the white chocolate.
Add sprinkles all over the top. Let the chocolate completely set and firm up.
Once firm, break into pieces. Serve and enjoy! Store in an airtight container on the counter.
