Air Fryer Breakfast Tortilla

Ingredients:
1 Small Tortilla (6-inch size)
1/3 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Strip of Bacon, crumbled, or 2 Tbsp Pre Cooked Breakfast Sausage (or both)
1 Large Egg
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Directions:
Place a tortilla in the air fryer basket. Sprinkle cheese around the perimeter of the tortilla, forming a hole in the center.
Crack the egg in the center of the cheese.
Sprinkle the bacon or sausage (or both) over the top.
Season with salt and pepper, optional. You can season after cooking if you prefer.
Air fry at 350 degrees F for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the egg is cooked to your liking.
Carefully remove from the air fryer and enjoy immediately, while hot!
If you make more than one breakfast tortilla, the air fryer will be preheated, and the next one won’t need to cook as long. Reduce the cook time by 1 minute, then check for desired doneness. Cook longer if desired.
