2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1/4 Cup Water
1 Tbsp Cornstarch
4 Hamburger Buns
8 Slices Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and onions and cook until the chicken is cooked through, crumbling as it cooks, and the onions are translucent.
In a small mixing bowl, combing the honey, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper. Once the chicken is cooked through, add the sauce to the pan and stir to combine.
Bring to a boil. Combine the water and cornstarch in a separate mixing bowl. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir to combine. Reduce the heat to medium. Continue to cook for an additional 3-5 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
While the sauce thickens, lay the buns on the baking sheet, open faced. Add a slice of cheese to each bun. Place in the oven for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the buns are toasted.
Evenly divide the chicken mixture between the bottom buns and place the top buns on top. Serve and enjoy!
