Cacio e Pepe Stacked Tostadas





Ingredients:
| 8 oz Oaxaca Cheese, shredded |
| 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated |
| 1 Cup Chihuahua Cheese, shredded |
| 1 1/2 Tsp Freshly Cracked Black Pepper |
| 6 Tostadas |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the Oaxaca cheese, parmesan cheese, chihuahua cheese and black pepper to a bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Lay 6 tostadas on the baking sheet. Evenly divide the cheese mixture between the tostadas and spread out to cover the surfaces evenly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and (optional) sprinkle a little more black pepper on top of each.
- Stack the tostadas, one of top of the other with the top layer being cheese (3 per stack).
- Serve while hot and enjoy!
