Grilled Salmon with Blackberry Sauce





Ingredients:
| 1/4 Cup Unseasoned Rice Vinegar |
| 1 Cup Fresh Blackberries |
| 3 Tbsp Honey |
| 1 1/2 Tsp Fresh Ginger, grated |
| 2 Tsp Lemon Juice |
| 1 Tsp Sesame Oil |
| Salt and Pepper, to taste |
| 1-1 1/2 lbs Salmon (skin on) |
| 2 Tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce |
Directions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and liberally oil the grates.
- Add the rice vinegar, blackberries, honey, ginger, lemon juice, sesame oil, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper to a blender and blend until smooth. Set aside.
- Brush the chili garlic sauce over the top of the salmon (you don’t need to brush the skin side).
- Place the salmon on the grill, skin side down. Grill for approximately 10-15 minutes or until the center is cooked through (145 degrees F), the salmon is opaque and easily flakes with a fork.
- Remove to a cutting board. Slice into individual fillets and serve with the blackberry sauce drizzled over the top. Enjoy!
